Scribble & Hue FAQs
What is a Mystery Scoop?
Exactly what it sounds like -- a scoop full of creative surprises! Each scoop contains a mix of art supplies selected from our current collection. What you get is part of the fun!
Can I choose what comes in my scoop?
The mystery is part of the experience, so specific items are not guaranteed. However, you can add a note at checkout with favorite colors, supplies you love, or things you'd rather avoid. We'll keep your preferences in mind while creating your order.
Will my box look exactly like the photos?
Probably not -- and that's the fun of it! Product photos show examples of what could be included. Every scoop is different based on the items scooped for your individual order.
Are Mystery Scoops available in different sizes?
Yes! Choose your level of creative chaos -- from a smaller surprise to a box packed with goodies. Each size includes a different number of scoops, luxe items, and surprises.
Can I order my Mystery Scoop as a gift?
Absolutely! Just let us know it's a gift in the notes at checkout, along with any preferences you'd like us to know.
Will my Mystery Scoop be filmed?
Videos are not automatically included with your order. If you want to watch your scoop come to life, purchase the Social Media Video Add-On and your scoop will be shared on Scribble & Hue's TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
What kinds of art supplies could I receive?
That's the mystery! Depending on current inventory, you might find pens, markers, pencils, paints, brushes, stationery, stickers, creative tools, and plenty of other fun finds. Find the full list of possibilities under our Mystery Scoops section of our website.
Will I receive duplicate items?
We do our best to create a fun variety within each individual order. Because Mystery Scoops are randomly scooped, however, duplicates are possible.
What age are Mystery Scoops for?
Scribble & Hue is designed with pre-teens, teens and adults (11+) in mind. Some products may contain small parts or materials that aren't suitable for younger children. Purchasing for a younger age is at the customer's discretion.
Do you accept returns for exchanges?
Because Mystery Scoops are individually scooped and curated, Mystery Scoop sales are final. If something arrives damaged or there's a problem with your order, please contact us so we can help.
How often do the available supplies change?
Often! Inventory changes as new products, colors, collections, and seasonal goodies are added -- so your next scoop may look completely different from your last.
What makes Scribble & Hue different?
We believe creativity should feel fun -- not intimidating. Scribble & Hue is about discovering new supplies, trying something unexpected, making a little creative chaos, and giving yourself permission to Color Outside the Lines.
